Tickets for reserved seating events may or may not be replaceable at the discretion of Tickets Alberta. If your tickets are for general admission seating, or if your tickets were purchased anonymously at our Box Office, whether or not to issue you replacement tickets will also be at the discretion of Tickets Alberta; however, in most cases, replacement tickets will not be reissued for general admission events or for tickets purchased anonymously at our box office. Tickets Alberta charges a reprint fee for all tickets needing to be replaced/reprinted.

Cancelled and recheduled events

CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED EVENTS

Tickets Alberta Box Office will alert you ASAP if an event is cancelled or postponed. While Tickets Alberta regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, we cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur.

Cancelled Events – You will get an automatic refund for tickets bought through Tickets Alberta. (We refund all fees except mail delivery fees)

Postponed/Rescheduled Events – your ticket(s) are still valid, and no further action is required. When it becomes available, we will contact you with the new date and time.

However, the event promoter may approve refunds, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit, for the event; any refund and/or credit policies are determined on an event-by-event basis by the event promoter and may be subject to limitations. If the event promoter approves refunds and/or credits, we will send you a notification explaining your options, and you may submit a request for a refund or credit. Alternatively, you may keep your ticket(s) to the postponed, rescheduled, or moved event.

Group Bookings

Some events may offer discounts or group rates, which are determined by the event promoter and not set by Tickets Alberta. If you want to find out if a group rate is available for an event, please get in touch with the Tickets Alberta Box Office at boxoffice@ticketsalberta.com or 1-866-340-4450.

How do I access floor seats in the Peavey Mart Centrium

All patrons with floor seats must enter through the main lobby doors and proceed down the ramp through the basement doors (do not proceed up the main stairs of the lobby).

Why does Tickets Alberta enforce a time limit when purchasing tickets?

When picking seats for an event, you are holding actual inventory for seats, and no other person can buy those seats until you release them. In some cases, certain events are in high demand; therefore, we have implemented a time limit for the checkout process. This setup gives as many people as possible the chance to purchase tickets.
